Regretted staying here. if a dog. I also like dogs. but the staff were initially friendly. but when I asked to change the bed. the style of the staff is a lot of songs. Bed linen like not replaced. Because there are dirty stains. AC room is not cold at all. fortunately try last night. rules for staying 3 nights. Finally, the 2nd and 3rd nights moved to the city hostel and the city. better. AC cold. clean bed. bathroom and wc clean. Lobih is near the river. Anyway, better than this backpacker hostel danang.

The first impression is that the hostess and the receptionist friends are very friendly. I highly recommend you to have a free breakfast here, the self-made owner is very delicious, sitting breakfast on the rooftop with a view around the city is also beautiful, more golden puppies running around, perfect. However, the air conditioner is old so it is always cold and the room is not airy. But in general, the room is suitable with the price.

Simple place that was quite nice to stay in. The owners were nice people and they were helpful with their knowledge of Da Nang.

My last trip was also quite hurried, I didn't stay at the hostel for a long time. Just a little comment. The first is that the price here is very cheap and certainly there is money there. The dorm room here is really collective. Wide, many people, not private (no curtains between the beds is what I regret most). Bedding covers are pretty good (also clean). The staff is very nice and psychological (that's what I like most here). The big minus point is the toilet area (bathrooms and toilets) here seems to have been built long ago but not repaired or something like that. The smell is unpleasant and not clean at all. (In the past, I used to stay at a hostel with the same toilet area here but the other side was very clean.) Here the foreign friends stay a lot. Hopefully the hostel will fix the toilet area better.

Double rooms do not have enclosed toilets, toilets outside, for all other rooms to share, not suitable for couples who need privacy. The hotel smells of dog hair

Dirty, old and dark. They don't care about safety and sanitation. Worst part is there were couple (not sure though) having s** in the other room and the guy just went inside the mixed room completely naked! He knew I was inside, he obviously wanted to show off his thing. I reported the situation to the staff, they convinced me that the guy is already back in his senses, but he was still in the room still naked (or they intentionally want to scare me off and leave the place) I told them that I will just wait until the guy leave the room. Ironic is that they have clearly indicated in the registration form that s** is not allowed in their area. I spend a night in hoi an and while I was away, someone occupied the same bed that I have paid and clearly reserved (my stuff is in its locker). I told them to clear the bed but three hours later, it wasn't. And they served cold coffee for breakfast (didn't even make an effort to heat it up). I don't usually spend time writing reviews but I feel the need to speak it up so that they will do something to improve their service. After the naked guy situation, I was just gonna move to a private room, but the room is dark and still dirty. I don't think they change the beddings and clean the toilet. Its also smelly on the lounge area. I like pets but the place doesn't have enough air. It stinks and aircons doesn't work properly. I kept calling them to fix it. With all this problem, I just decided to transfer to a different and better hostel. I don't recommend this hostel at all. Forget about all the free stuff. Even if they offer the place for free, I am not gonna stay in this hostel ever! I don't know how they manage to get positive reviews and a certificate from Trip***isor. If you are a budget traveler and still cares for safety and sanitation, look for other hostels. They are better hostels that are a lot cheaper and decent.

I booked 2 rooms (3 people per room), 1 room on the 1st floor and a 3rd floor room. In total, I went 6 people. Employees ask me to be between 6 IDs always (!). I said that between the representatives of each room, we have to take ID card to rent a car, the staff refused, citing the police to check something. The team I made up the data to take the solution is to take photos of 6 ID cards and between 3 ones. Having just entered, the check-in procedure did not please guests. In general, both rooms are very dirty: the floor is not clean, the bed is dirty and all have sand, the covers and blankets are very dirty. Particularly, the first-floor room is filled with dog smell (the hotel has 2 dogs - 1 golden animal weighs more than 40kg and 1 small). Next to the toilet: dark, dirty, smell bad for a long time without cleaning well. Staff attitude is very uncomfortable when we feedback with staff about the above issues. When the room smelled of dogs, the staff had to clean the house with water to clean the smell, then 1-2 hours later there was a smell. The hotel has a 40-50kg large dog without notes. My friend is only afraid of dogs, going to the hotel, asking the staff to hug the dog to dare to step over. But what if you are allergic to dog gum? In short, my experience is very bad.

I asked them to open air condition but they never listened. Although the weather was so bad, they just keep turned off it at 12 pm on? Their attitude was so bad, they even didn't look at in the eyes while talking to the guests.
