Muy amable todo el personal desde el valet parking asta las que hacen la limpieza. Definitivamente regreso al hotel river. Y muy limpio todo el hotel.

Room did not have shower head, floor mat/towel for shower was not provided, wifi internet did not reach our room, does not come with fridge and safe. I did inform reception the shower head was missing from room and maintenance was sent 3 hrs later to add a shower head instead of changing us rooms. Will not stay here again

The original room i booked had no A/C. So i upgraded at the time of arrival for an additional fee. There was no hot water for 2 days of my 7 day stay. The TVs need to be upgraded. Rooms were not throughly cleaned daily. I won’t be coming back to this hotel

I stayed at this hotel last week and was under the impression based on the price I paid and the information on Hotels.com that the breakfast was included in the stay. I was only able to make the breakfast one day and after I serve myself a spoonful of eggs and a piece of bread I was told by the staff that I was not able to be there and that there was a 70 peso charge. The first thing you spot as soon as you come into your room is that flushing toilet paper is not allowed!! Sheets had stains and the was one mini blanket in a bag in the closet. Walls are very thin and the hotel becomes very noisy which make impossible to sleep. Upon arrival no ID was requested, we did an early check inn and no one asked us why.

Although the overall appearance of the hotel is updated and clean, we got the "internet special" which resulted in a small noisy room (right across from the elevator), the ceiling fan did not work, and amazingly water emerged from shower head going up and horizontally instead of down. The room needs some maintenance.

Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel as it was clean, friendly staff and great location.

I did not give an excellent score just because the construction work. But I know that in the near future everything will be excellent across the board. Every person I interacted with was extremely professional and prompt, even the construction workers were very polite. I absolutely recommended this hotel.

Hotel was under construction and it was a little inconvenient when it came to finding parking. Overall, it was located in the center of Leon, Gto. Many places to shop and eat at walking distance. Hotel was clean and nice. I got to hotel at a very low price. $28 per day. We stayed for 7 days. I would book this hotel again only if I could get it at that low rate.

Staff was nice. The only down side I would say is that the parking lot is not within the building of the hotel. Other than that very clean place.

Las habitaciones son basicas y pequeñas, peronel problema es el baño, la taza se tapa muy facilmente ,en el lavamanos sale solamente un hilito de agua y la regadera de rrepente te sale muy caliente y luego muy fria y el personal de la recepción muy seco y hacen su trabajo muy afuerza
