I loved my stay at Hilton Downtown, super clean and spacious, recommend it to anyone seeking for a nice and affordable place on Brickell. Very pleasant staff members, knowledgeable of the area and willing to help. Will be back.

This hotel was awkward to enter, no main entrance to the lobby. It was expensive!! The bed and room itself was clean. The shower has long black hair before we even used it…. (I have blonde hair). The breakfast was not good. It had a chaotic lay out. The staff were nice. The location is great, but lots of other options for places to stay with similar or better price point. I am not one to complain, in fact I am usually the person who says “Jeez, people will look for things to complain about, just enjoy your time!”. I expected a bit better, if the bathroom was clean I would have left a much better review!

Very slow and confusing valet service. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and would make a terrible sound when you sat down at the foot of the bed. Couch was not very clean and the left side noticeably sagged. Honestly, the room could use a deep clean! The elevators were very slow and it seemed to take forever to even get on one. The person who checked us in was extremely nice!

The property was great, the maintenance people were so nice and cleaned well. The food was delicious but maybe a diverse of food would be great… the reception areas was great except for a male member he was rude! Beside that the assistant manager and other ladies were great and very professional!

Would recommend this hotel for a stay. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is breakfast wasn’t great. Oatmeal was runny but I’d stay again.

We stayed for one night before our cruise. It was convenient to the port and the room was room and clean!

Pool doesn’t work. Staff failed to instructed me on how to use stove made me move to another room with a messed up tv. The whole time the stove works. There’s a timer on the wall that no one told me about until 1 and a half hour later!! And they don’t except cash and made me post a higher security deposit than everyone else

The perfect overnight stay before cruise embarkation.

The staff and the room are great. The pool is closed for renovation, there's no bar and the gym is poorly equipt.

Clean and awesome customer service

Liked the complimentary breakfast and spacious rooms. Also prime location near downtown Miami. Did not like the very small pool, the overpriced parking, and for our stay- they overbooked the double bed room when we reserved 2 for my big family of 8. Girandi was helpful on waiving the parking for 1 night for the inconveniences, but wish we had all 4 beds all nights we stayed for comfort.

Very good place

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Laundry facility available. Was 15 min ride from cruise port. So glad I choose this hotel. The lady at the front desk I forgot her name. She was incredible. I feel so bad that I forgot her name but she had long brown straight hair.

The hotel is conveniently located to grocers, pier, etc.
