This hotel is very relaxed but beautiful. Very nice boutique hotel with delicious breakfast. The cleaning staff is very kind, especially Sonia, she let frequently let me know if there was anything I needed she’d take care of it and I really appreciated that. The staff at the front desk are very helpful as well and they get you checked in and out very quickly. Definitely an ideal place to stay in Stockholm, you’ll be close to the Atlanta Express (5 minute walk), Gamla Stan (less than 15 minute walk), lots of restaurants both high end and affordable, and all of the shopping surrounds the area as well. The metro is also right next to and across the street from the hotel. Definitely the best place to be in Stockholm.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone who helped us was very professional and seemed genuinely cheerful. Our room was next to the elevator but we never heard any sounds, a super quiet stay. The provided breakfast was terrific! We also enjoyed the dinner menu in the evening. The location was perfect for accessing public transportation and convenient for walking. Again, I can’t say too much about how much the excellent staff added to the quality of our experience at Thon Hotel Vasa.

The air conditioned room was useful during 30 degree weather. Housekeeping is exceptional.

beautiful small room! extremely kind staff. my plane was earlier than check-in, but they held my bags for me until the room was ready. I overslept and missed check-out by an hour and they were extremely forgiving! can't attest to the breakfast but the bed, pillows, robe, shower pressure, and all other amenities were amazing! there's no telephone, so be prepared to be completely unbothered. air conditioning was easy to control.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Nicolletta and Vaidrius. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. We slept so well both nights. Breakfasts were the best we have ever had. Plenty of choice. Hotel Location couldn't have been better. We will return to Stockholm again sometime and will definitely stay at the Thon Vasa again. Thankyou.

New rooms near train and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff, good value. The breakfast was the highest quality food and dishes replenished timely.

Very nice hotel at a very good location for public transports, shopping and dining, all with in walking distance. Excellent staff service and very good breakfast. The room itself is a little on the small size, even though it is considered as a superior room. The bathroom is small and lack of shelving space and hooks for the towels. And the shower is not easy to adjust the temperature. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond every day at every opportunity. They took great pride in their work and were clearly happy to be working together for the good of all the guests. We had some medical issues and they coordinated a meeting with a physician and helped us get medication. The food was impressive every day. We were highly impressed.

Excellent choice but service a bit slow

Hotel is well located near T-Central, Central, and Arlanda Express stations. The rooms were nice and cool along with a superb gym. Staff was very helpful with any questions and offered great recommendations. Definitely would stay here again.
