I have booked 25-27 September. I requested Non Smoking room when booking. Once arrived, receptionist told me not available for non smoking then after checked his computer, there was available non smoking but need to be top up USD150. I refused cause not worthy and that is dishonest to do business. The room was old, damp, smoky and noise can be heard from outside with people talking and cars passed by. Talking can last till 130+Am. So we decided to check out next day but refund request was rejected from Traveloka as well as Travelodge. We are very disappointed.
