Clean room. Service was excellent!

Very poor services and property infrastructure condition as compared to high price. Property is not maintained and looks too old. Broken wooden furnitures and doors. Insects in room. Other hotels nearby are way better in less price.

The rooms are outdated and housekeeping needs to improve.

I stayed here during my visit to Rameswaram with my family and booked 3 rooms. Upon entering the rooms, I noticed the bed sheets were dirty, but room service responded promptly and replaced them. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so they provided a dongle instead. Overall not happy this hotel need renovation.

It was great experience staying but outside muddy road access and water logging can be improved to make it better

Bathroom and floor were not clean. Towels were dirty. I would not come back. It is overly price for this kind of property. Restaurant was only fair.

Excellent service. Clean, large rooms and bathrooms. Staff was very courteous, attentive, and provided prompt service. Rooms, dining area and foyer area were clean and well maintained.

Location, Service and hospitality was great !

We stayed for 2 nights with family including parents and child. Our stay was good. Hotel is on highway, so travelling with own car is a good option. There is parking available at hotel. Hotel restaurant is good but a bit costly. There are nearby restaurants available. Auto is available from nearby the hotel, so temple and other tourist attractions can be easily covered. Taking auto for visiting Rameshwaram temple is a better option than using own car, because there is no parking available near the temple. For Dhanushkodi, We used own car but for other tourist places using Auto from nearby the hotel is better option.

Stayed with family of 6 . Very spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. Good value for money. The only issue was WiFi not working.

Hotel needs to be cleaned properly! They need to change bed linnen every time guess check out… the floor was filled with sand. Entire room was dusty. Libby has a horrible smell that’s very nauseating.
