The building amplifies noise. It is easily gets loud. I can hear every word of my neighbor's TV as I write this. My room is tiny. Good luck getting hot water.

This hotel was clean, fairly basic, what I expected for the price. Workers were friendly. We did have an issue with water leaking out of a light fixture over my friend,s bed which soaked through to the mattress. Nobody seemed terribly concerned about it, there wasn’t a comparable room available to move to. I had to suggest that we flip over the mattress and move the bed away from the fixture in case it happened again, which it did not. Water leaked each time we used the bathroom sink, which we reported at the same time, but it never was resolved. We kept an extra towel on the floor.

Room too small only one towel x customer they give u only 4 oz bottle water x room x day it was cleaned but bed sheets look dirty. And other customers make too much noise I was not able to rest at all for the 6 nights I think the bed had bed buts

This hotel is near the bus station and the Centre of town, it is cheap and simple so you get what you pay for, the only issue we had was no hot water !

The quality if this hotel is low, but close to a great tourist area. Hotels needs to update their bed covers and towels, they are very very old.

Area fine if little hard to find. Found the condition and cleanliness of the hotel to very poor. To be fair, other similar hotels, but certainly not for us.

Terrible hotel. No problem with basic, but it dirty, smelly and falling apart. Loose wires and dust everywhere. Stay in San Cris a lot and plenty of cheap clean hotels, I refused to stay and also at their 3 star round the block that had years of dust all around reception. In the end find a basic hotel round the corner for the a better price, clean and with fantastic service. Ignore photos, they are very misleading.

La verdad en esa cama no te podías ni mover sin que rechinara. Me tocó una habitación con puertas de cristal en la aquí nos entraba el frío y el baño sin agua caliente, sé que el lugar es económico pero no es para tener una cama en la que no se puede dormir ya que lo que queríamos era solo descansar

Tardo mucho en atenderme, no había agua calienteen el cuarto

Me encanto, es súper cómodo y fácil de llegar, la atención es increíble.

Es un hotel sencillo , está un poco descuidado le falta mantenimiento, en 1 de las habitaciones que reservamos estaba con mucha humedad pedimos un cambio pero no lo hicieron ya que estaba lleno el hotel .

Es un hotel barato, y te ofrece justo eso, una cama donde dormir,un baño privado y habitación amplia. Realmente para el precio que pagamos, está bien, pero NO me quedaría ahí de nuevo, porque prefiero lugares más agradables La habitación no estaba sucia pero la falta de pintura en las paredes y los colchones bastante desgastados le daban una imagen algo "sucia". Nos rescató de una noche de fiesta, pero no volveria.

La atención ves muy buena, el precio es bueno por lo que te incluye, sin duda volvería, y aunque no puedes exigir más hay áreas de oportunidad como que me ofrecieron estacionamiento y luego me rechazaron el acceso, y las cobijas en general todo muy bien . Cómo repito por el precio y la zona es de lo mejorcito que encontrarás.

Personal muy amable y atento

Las personas hacen mucho ruido, hay un juego de futbolito que es muy ruidoso y no permite descansar a gusto.
