It was wonderful experience this ocean view Hotel we really like it so we extended one more day to stay in this hotel no complaint.

Spectacular ocean view rooms! Generous room size and nice quiet location yet close to everywhere. Breakfast was included and food was pretty good. Gym was small but very clean with wonderful ocean views.Both indoor and outdoor pool had amazing ocean view. I think it’s time to update some bathrooms. Some tiles were chipped and the mirror inside the shower was eroding. It was generally clean but the housekeeping forgot to check inside the closet. There were dirty pair of socks inside the closet that looked like previous guests left behind. I called the front desk. They apologized and took the socks. It would have been nicer if the hotel offered something - a drink coupon or a glass of wine - as an apology.

This hotel is truly five star property with the incredible ocean view, friendly and well trained staff, and excellent design. Highly recommended.

정말 좋았고 편안했습니다. 시설은 정말 정갈하고 휴식에 최적화되어 있다고 생각합니다. 다만 6년여전 기억하는 당시 최고 수준의 조식에서 머물러 있는 것 같습니다. 지난 몇 년간 호텔 부페가 너무 많이 상향평준화되어서, 이 부분은 좀 참고해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

전반적으로 매우 만족하였고 편하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.

View from bacony was amazing . Sunrise amazing . Clean room and facilities. Service need to be improved and. Breakfast should be improved as a high quality hotel .

Beautiful beachfront hotel with a full amenities

갤러리 더블 객실 숙박했는데 사이드에 위치해 두 면이 경포대와 바다가 파노라마로 펼쳐져서 전망이 더욱 좋았어요. 층고도 높아 개방감이 시원했고, 침대와 침구도 포근하여 잘 잤습니다. 야외수영장이 싱가* 마리나****보다 규모는 훨씬 작으나 바다를 배경으로 맞닿은 듯한 자연적 느낌이 개인적으로는 더 좋았다 생각합니다. 지하1층 사우나는 노천탕도 있고 깔끔하게 관리되서 피로를 풀기에 좋았어요. 조식부페에서 직접 원두를 갈아 서비스 하는 아이스 라떼가 맛있었고 저녁 9시에 로비에서의 피아노 연주도 좋았습니다. 다른 가족들과 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

The view is fantastic. Overall, the room is Very clean and well maintained. The view from the pool for sunset is top notch. However there is no service at all. No bellman to help upland and unload luggage. With the pricing tag like this, the management team needs to put the customer front and center and have an overhaul on service. Furthermore, the charge of two simple coffee is more than 20 USD. That is a rip off.

Service is top notch, the food is excellent quality with many great options, the room amazing, the view breath taking. I would love to return.

You know.. when you paid $800 and the expectation is high, you always disappoint at some point. But this time, everything exceeded expectation. This vacation therefore, was only beautiful and perfect. I really appreciate every person I met there. Sending love to all!

Friendly staffs and good service. Swimming Pool was busy and smaller than picture. Food was good .
