This was our second stay at the Alma. We last visited several years ago. The Alma has since been renovated. Our room was very pleasant: clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable with cozy bedding. The shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Our hosts were helpful and kind. We used their airport transfer service to catch our very early flight out with no hitches. The Alma's location is excellent: the train station is within walking distance - a mile or so, there are lots of restaurants, there is a grocery just a few blocks away, the tourists sites are also an easy walk. We enjoyed this stay as much as our previous one!

The hotel is conveniently located near the theatre Massimo. The rooms are small but comfortable except for the noise level from outside. The breakfast was fine but was not available until 8:00am. Overall the hotel is a solid 3 stars by USA standards

This hotel is perfect. Breakfast is great, you can walk anywhere, I slept wonderfully, and the staff is amazing. Stay here, don’t look anywhere else.

The staff is very attentive and customer focused. Whatever questions or concerns we had were promptly answered. They couldn’t have been nicer. I would definitely rebook this hotel when retuning to Palermo.

This is a lovely quiet hotel in the heart of Palermo. Staff service was impressive. Underwhelmed by the breakfast, which looked wonderful but wasn’t anything special, but that is a minor ding.

The Alma is a lovely hotel in a great location. Michele at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. We had a room facing the street which was very noisy - the only complaint.
