Its an urban hotel with all the amenities

Property was good , breakfast was amazing but omg those mattresses are rock hard

Great staff but didn’t sleep at all due to noise from the street. Cancelled our trip to Macau Pichu. Just too tired to participate.

Not as nice as the Poloo Corporativo by the airport.

I've been coming to this hotel for five years, and will return next year for sure. The price is reasonable The rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and efficient.

A basic and clean hotel with a very friendly staff ,always willing to help . If you need a tour they have an agency with very cheap prices , they can also call a cab for you . The breakfast was basic but good ; ham , cheese, bread , fruits, cereals , yogurt, coffee and hot milk . 10 min drive to Plaza de Armas ( the very center of Cusco ) , a taxi from the hotel is about 5 to 8 soles ( 2 to 3 US dollars) . They work with a taxi driver named Rubén , a very honest and cool guy , he drove me and my family safely throughout the city without any issues, good prices, and good knowledge of the culture and the area , here’s his WhatsApp +51 913 569 077 . This is the only time I do this because he deserved it , I’ve been to other places around the world and never found an honest taxi driver , but this man is one to trust . He offers other services, just ask him.

The staff at front desk on June 28 Friday was rude. So was the person who makes breakfast. We talked to Alex who said that because of our early flight, breakfast would be available at 5 am instead of 5:30. We went in to eat at 5:15, the breakfast was ready but the person in charge of breakfast would not let us have fruit or ham or cheese. She was so aggressive and said not till 5:30. Very disappointing! The staff at front desk also said wait 10 mins and was rude. We had to catch a flight at 6:30, so we left without breakfast even though it was all was ready. Will not stay at this place again!

This hotel is very friendly. I would recommend it to others who come to Cusco.

Too noisy, only window in room was to a hallway by the elevator that let light in, glad I was only there 1 night. At least the breakfast was nice.

Nice hotel, 15 mins walk from Plaza de Armas . I stayed in the 5th floor and was moved from 501 to 506 on the same day when I complained about the internet connectivity, the Internet signal is slightly better in 506 but it was a nice gesture from them to move me from a double bedroom to 4 single beds room (alone) to get a better internet connection. Breakfast was good, the staff's English language was very limited but if you speak Spanish then this shouldn't be an issue.

Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean.

Everything at the hotel was fabulous. The lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful in every way possible. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at the breakfast was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Taxi service was right out the front door. Water was hot, bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, forgot to mention that we were able to store our suitcases there for a few days when we went to Machu Picchu.

Located by the main road leading to the city center. As a result if you wish to pay less than the city center hotels this is a very good option. Breakfast though the same everyday is very good.

nice staff. but there' some communication problem each other. if it is improved, it will better hotel.

hot water only a trickle. cold in room. can't shower not enough hot water. loud guests in hall way. no coffee or tea. won't stay here again

This is the third time I’ve been here. It’s better than ever. Great value. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning here next year.

Overall the stay was okay, except they were supposed to send a taxi for airport pickup, but they didn't. We complaint the lady at the front desk, she said it's hard for her to manage 3 hotels. (Not sure what was that). Rest room was OK, breakfast was OK, walking distance to most of historic places.
