This is s beautiful property. However, they do not have dining options around. I had to order from service, which would come from their sister location that had a restaurant. The property is also remote, and i would havre preferred to walk in town for shopping. For that, i had to rent a daily taxi, which is not cheap. In fact, anywhere in Goa, taxi seems unionized and expensive.

Great place to stay. Simon and other staff very helpful. The location was a little out of the way, but that is standard for Goa.

Good location, friendly staff, big room, perfect for a budget stay.

The room was really spacious, had 3 beds, a fridge, shower caps, everything we could need. Even had laundry service, free bus service to Panaji. Although located a bit far from North Goa, the place had a really nice beach (Miramar) close by. The rooms were very clean and the staff was good. They have contacts of cab drivers which were good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was really good. Washrooms were clean and spacious as well. The view from rooms was also good, huge windows. The sitting area inside the room was a bit conjusted though. Overall, it was a really good bang for the buck for services that were offered.

The hotel itself is located in what seems like a safe residential area. We had little trouble getting there but that was sorted with use of gps! The rooms are so spacious with all the basic amenities & a clean bathroom (which is very important for us) the breakfast was great! Enough choices and good taste of food. Happy with the stay!

If you have some time then do walk around the place too.

This was an economy hotel, with no amenties (spa, pool or restaurant). While there was a small breakfast buffet option, there weren't any lunch or dinner options other than ordering the food and then waiying 45 minutes for them to have it delivered. No pool and no massage or spa options. We stayed be one night and then moved to another local hotel with more on-site amenties. The front desk Manager was very helpful and understanding.

I stayed there for about a week. Very satisfied with my stay. Professional staff/management. Huge rooms, fantastic view. outstanding value for money. Did not had the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Even without breakfast it was excellent deal. Location was little bit off from Panaji, but it was not a issue as I had my own vehicle & was familiar with the area.

Mr. Shawn offered friendly and pleasant service. Please improve the cleanliness of bedroom and lobby, or train your housekeeping staff.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this place. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It is very far from the city. No beach near. Food they bring from out side restaurants.Going out for dining is not easy. You must hire a taxi which comes on call and expensive. For break fast they hv a set menu of very little things. No juice is served.Egg is the only non veg available. In place of butter, margarine is served. Black coffee is a low class pouch in hot water. Rooms are large and very clean. This is the only consolation.

The location is far away from anything and there is nowhere else to eat within walking distance. The rooms are well presented but have no balcony. You end up having to rely on taxis. The staff really do their best for you, but you get what you pay for here which is fair enough.
