This is wonderful bouquet hotel in the center of Palma, excellent service, friendly helpful staff who provided complimentary concierge services, reserved parking next door, great elevator and cool AC, terrific breakfast included, and lovely room with comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was THE perfect choice for our first visit to Palma. The AH is right at the edge of the old center of Palma so walking distance to everything. Very close to the amazing Market L'Oliver, historical sights and such good shopping. We received the best service from the front desk staff. Really above and beyond from Julieta and Maria. The breakfast is incredible and Melania prepared a delightful spread each morning. Cannot recommend this sweet little spot enough. STAY HERE!!!

Love this little place. Perfectly situated in old town and right next to Placa Major and a couple of blocks from Mercat de l’Olivar. So many excellent tapas bars nearby. Excellent breakfast plus the little things that make a stay more enjoyable like the full-body shower jets, quality toilet paper and coffee/tea always available in the room or lobby. WiFi can be a little spotty in the room but easily overlooked because you’re on vacation, right?

A most welcoming and comfortable hotel right in the heart of Palma. The staff were particularly helpful. They offered us a complimentary drink, baggage storage and even printed off a bus timetable. Breakfast was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again.

A beautiful little hotel in the heart of Palma. Walking distance to most of the beautiful sites you’d want to see. Staff was super helpful and had some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our time in the area. The staff was fantastic and the hotel was very comfortable and well situated.

This is a TINY hotel with tiny room with almost no staff. Difficult to find. Inaccessible by car. Climbed many stairs with heavy suitcase to access. EXTREMELY indifferent, incompetent and blasé staff! Room air conditioner broken so necessary to open windows to NOISY street with skateboarders, busses…. Do not recommend unless you are physically fit, traveling light and can sleep through anything.

Great staff If you are driving in the last half mile to get to the parking is confusing We finally parked and walked in Then figured out how to get the car to the very close parking garage Apple Maps was not our friend! Very convient to everything we wanted to do and see in Palma if you open the windows to cool off the room it can get noisy Other than that we slept great and enjoying a short walk to where we wanted to go

Julieta at the front desk is excellent! Very helpful planning our stay and transports. Great hotel location- near city Centre but quiet. Many good restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds - good shower. Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend! Our first time here but hopefully not last!

We loved this property. Marie and Julietta were so fun and helpful! They made the stay great. The breakfast is wonderful!

Fabulous hotel in the middle of town close to everything - touring/sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, waterfront. Great buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Julieta at the front desk. She can do anything…make reservations, recommendations, fix your phone, give you directions - all with a smile and wonderful personality!

Beautiful hotel. The staff were outstanding, particularly 2 receptionists Maria and Julietta. They were friendly and fun and helped us find super places to eat and things to do. Our rooms were large and tastefully decorated. The hotel was conveniently located for the main attractions and transport.

A very sweet and pleasant property, very helpful staff and even champagne at the check-in located right off the rambla everything about the place is wonderful
