No WiFi in the rooms...you need to stay in the loopy all the time to get internet service... the check in is long process... We spent bad time..

The hotel is very reasonable in price, the décor is.nice and friendly staff and the food was good. my check in at 5am was difficult for there was no record of my arrival so had to be going through emails to find the information on my booking.

Unprofessional managers at All levels ! Unpleasant manner and culture. Overworked and underpaid staff which will have impact on their behaviour towards guests ! It was obvious that staff do their job for survival!! I experienced many bad behaviour at all levels. The Only reason I stayed was that hotel wD almost empty and the quality of their room was better than the neighboring hotels.

Don't expect too much as this hotel is budget. You get a lot for the money you pay. There is a free transfer to the beach. Clean towels and bedding, but the cleaning of the rooms are not very good.

I wasted two weeks of my holiday, so I'm not going to waste much on this review. Hotel was bad in any level but worse yet the people make me feel like I am in the middle of hyenas that each of them is trying to rip you off.I'll never go back. I spend two weeks in miserable place. They will try to rip you off at least 5 times higher the price than usual I don't want to waste time on this anymore bye bye Egypt

Nice hotel, very clean and staff very accommodating. Towels supplied to use around the pool or to the beach. Laundry service available. Free bus to a choice of two beaches. It is a very central location for shopping, restaurants and bars.

It was okey, got three wrong with problems. So had to switch rooms a lot.

Room condition was good, nice swimming area. food was fine. but we had difficulty to take a room as they want us an extra money. One receptionist was indeed kind and friendly as he tried to sort problem out but old guy tried to get extra money and try to make a problem with us as we booked through hotels.com with right number of people and room. I would not go again.
