We spent 2 days at the Capt’s Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient to restaurants and other attractions. I would definitely recommend this motel.

A chair for sitting would be a nice addition. The bed was the only place to sit. I’ve stayed before; and I thought there was a chair.

Nice area convenient to Alex Bay and the shops. Room was clean but housekeeping was slack. Had 2 beds they olny made 1 our whole 4 day stay. When furnished supplies ran out no replacements. Friendly front desk staff and was very quiet.

Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool. The advertisement said it was heated, however they turn off the heaters on Labor Day and our stay was the following week. Staff was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We got a nice room with a small kitchen.

All good, Bathroom is a little small. Bed was great, but the bottom sheet came off a couple of times during the night! Made did good & friendly. Price was good. Pool great

It was a great place to stay. Convenient, clean, comfortable. We had some problems with ill-fitting sheets, but otherwise we were very satisfied wiht our stay.

Great location. Rooms were sizable. Had a fridge but no microwave.

Nice clean hotel near, within walking distance, to downtown Alexandria Bay. Just as convenient as staying at the other hotels but at a reasonable cost. Walked to dinner, bars, and the boat tour docks. Also the diner (separate establishment) just in front of the hotel was a bonus on the mornings. Good food at good price to make everything easy.

Only a two night stay. No problems at all

The property is nice, and the rooms are clean. The pool is beautiful and there are many things to do nearby.
