We stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days and found all the services to be excellent. The scent was pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the reception staff were very enthusiastic. We checked in at 6 am, so there was a 70% surcharge on the room rate. Just letting everyone know.

The room was clean, the toilet was clean, and there was a bidet. I booked a balcony room, but the weather was not good, it was covered in fog. You can leave your luggage.

Hotel located at a nice location, less busy street, less noisy, close to many places. Walking distance to Sapa Station (less than 10 mins) and Sapa Moana (15 mins). Grab to catcat village is also closer from this area. Has a nice view, attached are photos from the restaurant. 1 more thing, is the restaurant right beside this hotel is very good (photo also attached).

The hotel is reasonable and good and also clean. All the staff are so friendly, especially Mr. Lam, he is so friendly and helpful. The view from the restaurant is amazing. So worth it to stay here.
