The first employee was quite nice. We reserved 1 room but could fit two people. There were 3 of us, so we paid an extra half of the room price. We weren't impressed with the accommodation. The accommodation was clean, but we were impressed with another employee who was quite old and chubby. We and our friends came to Pattaya as a large group but stayed in different hotels at 3:30 p.m., so we had a male friend come and help carry our luggage up to the room because the hotel didn't have an elevator. We had 2 bags and they were heavy so we let our friends stay in the waiting room and then go out together in the evening. In the evening, when I was about to leave the hotel in front of the lobby, a chubby employee suddenly said that the room could accommodate only 3 people. You can't bring other people in to use the water and electricity for free. Wow! What is so confusing? We just asked a friend to help carry our bags and stay in the room for a while, but do the employees have the right to say this? I'm really not happy with this employee. I want the hotel to teach and train employees better than this.
