This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The night shift staff behaved very poorly and were not helpful at all. The room was unclean, the bedsheet smelled bad, and the bathroom light was not working. On top of that, there were bedbugs in the bed. To make matters even worse, my expensive glasses were stolen by the cleaning staff. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Let me put it this way. Make or break of any hospitality business is the service offered . But the guy at the reception is an epitome of what not to be if you are in hospitality sector. He is simply rude to the customer for no reason. Has no regards of what query or inconvenience the customer has. I cannot complain about the hotel as I know it's a budget hotel and there's certain constraints to it. But it doesn't change the fact that service is something that could perhaps be good. I've been to this hotel quite a number of times. But this time the receptionist attitude and behaviors has made me realize that my decision of choosing this hotel was nothing but a very bad choice.i would rather urge and request everyone to pls search for some other hotels in the area. It's not worth the disrespect. The old staffs were pretty good but this guy . Well I have no words.

Worst hotel 2 weeks back booked in their official website which says it is a no broker site. After booking confirmation the hotel has called no rooms available and when I enquired about the refund they simply saying it is not our website we cannot do anything. Another way of scam.

Used to be good. But this time they failed. Room had mold on the walls. There was no door mat and towel. The cold water tap was not working. Poor bathroom fittings. Wash basin tap was not working. Even after request, the water issue was not fixed. poor maintenance. Did not expect this Metro Park.

Rooms had cockroaches. Beds has hair. Worst service. I would not book any stay with them further or recommend it .
