They charge your card improperly Come into your room at night while you’re asleep And the staff treat you very poorly

There were no rooms available even the ones we supposed to have had reserved. The staff was rude and the place was chaotic

Hotel is older and rooms could use some updating. The water park area is great. Restaurant was good and the staff at the hotel was very helpful.

Our original room was not ready at 5:30 pm. We were placed in a better room, however it wreaked like marijuana and had garbage on the floor. The people staying across the hall were up and loud until 2:00 am. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine our eyes hurt just to sit in the pool area to watch our kids. 5 people in our party got rashes from the pool/hot tub. The facilities need updated.

We stayed in the executive suite, bottom floor, which is falling apart a bit. Jacuzzi in the room caused water damage to the ceiling.Door to our room was coming off the hinges, the 2 sliding glass doors didnt have working locks so they had sticks in the track and no room service from the restaurant. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was awesome! Free breakfast had huge waffles but they were rubbery.

Very spacious rooms, beautiful view. A little too pricey for the condition of the hotel.

The indoor water park was absolutely disgusting. There was hair and dirt all over the ground. The water in the pools was so cloudy, you couldn’t see the bottom. The whole place needs to be power washed and bleached.
