Everything is very good. The staff at the hotel are happy, enthusiastic and very interested in customers. The room was clean, the commuting area was very convenient.

Hotel is very clean, nearby the centre-Hoan Kiem Lake, staffs are very friendly, price is cheap and affordable. Nice place to stay in Ha Noi 😇.
