When you come to the hotel, the hotel is closed. there's nothing I can ask about the hotel info because the person from the shop next door can't speak English well. I was confused, the taxi driver who took me from the airport was also confused and immediately left. I waited for about an hour, while thinking, what should I do. Then I opened the online application and it turned out I could send a help message via the online application about the hotel that I ordered. Not long after, someone happened to want to deliver goods to the hotel, and I was invited to enter through the window! and finally can check in. As for the hotel, I like it, clean and spacious, and comfortable. Only the experience of checking in is rather uncomfortable. When checking out, must be on time, if not on time must pay again. Even though I was waiting for quite a long time, until finally I just thought to open Traveloka and send a message of help. As a solo traveler, check-in events are less comfortable, are in another country, it's dark, and the hotel is closed. That was horrible.
