Close to the airport so convenient location. Clean room with a comfortable bed, helpful staff and a decent pool. The property feels a bit dated overall but is still good.

No international TV and no water in the rooms.

One of the main features of this hotel that made me choose it was the whirlpool. Unfortunately it was out of action during my stay.

Clean room and really big! Lovely soft bed and pillows, lovely touch having extra pillows in the cupboard. Only negative was that the toilet roll was half used and ripped off..not the end of the world! Just unexpected. Gorgeous products provided in the bathroom too..

Airport shuttle was great one way. I tried at booking to confirm a ride back to the airport but never got a response. The earliest shuttle was completely booked so I had to schedule a taxi instead. The spa was out of order and that was the main reason why we booked this location. Very sad that we didn't get to go. The AC in the room didn't seem to work properly. The refrigerator didn't work either. I could not figure out how to drain the tub while taking a shower. We were there for such a short time that I didn't have a chance to tell the hotel staff.

The rooms are good, but the other amenities are average. The swimming pool, hammam, sauna, fitness room, and changing rooms are squeezed in a tight area with low ceilings that feels unappealing and a little dingy.

Such a nice man welcomed us and drover me to the airport.

It was advertised that the hotel provides transportation from the airport but it proved to be very difficult to get. I ended up arriving to the hotel by Uber and paid with my own money.

Water in rooms not safe to drink. This was not highlighted except for a small sign in reception area over the water fountain. As this is a health hazard it should be explained at check in and signs in all rooms and public areas. This was very worrying as both myself and my husband have low immune systems and we were not aware of the issue until we used the water fountain when checking out. Very dissapointing and and dangerous to the health of your guests.

We stayed one night to be close to the airport. The shuttle service was very useful and easy to book. We also used room service for dinner, ans the food was correct. The pool with hammer are a bonus. We would book again if needed.
