We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at the Cicilia Hotel and would especially like to commend Ms. Cindy and Ms. Tina for their outstanding service. They gave us a very warm welcome, and should we ever travel to Da Nang again, we will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Honestly, every time I come to Da Nang, I have to book a room at Cicilia. I only look for another hotel if they're fully booked, because I'm used to staying here. There's nothing to complain about.

The hotel doesn't have parking for cars. That's inconvenient.

The hotel is located in a very nice location near the beach, has full services, everything is okay.

That's pretty good for anyone who likes being near the sea.

Check-in/out procedures are fast, breakfast is diverse, attentive service, order Hoi An chicken rice is quite delicious. Location is right near the beach, convenient to buy food and go to many attractions!
