The room was ok but the bathroom was extremely dirty, it smelled terrible, I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom. The front desk ALWAYS had a bad attitude, different employees at front desk so it's the hotels culture to be rude. The cleaning crew was nice.

Average hotel but excellent location

The room was rather small. It was a STANDARD DOUBLE. I am lucky I was by myself. Had I been accompanied I would not have been able to open 2 large suitcases. The lifts took a while to come. Nevertheless, the staff were superb! Ms Charlene, Mr Mataus and all the rest of the staff went far and beyond to assist me. Thank you all for a FANTASTIC stay💙🙏.

When I checked in to the room, there was already urine in my toilet lots of hair and I had no hot water. Overall, the room was disgusting

The staff was great. The room was comfortable but we had no hot water. It was just barely warm. Showers were quick! lol. I loved the area.

It was alright. Rooms are a bit small but manageable

It is a clean hotel with average amenities.Pool is very small,breakfast is very poor.There is no vegetable in the breakfast,no tomatoes no lettuce no caprisum no olives nothing.They had scrambled eggs,could only be someones nightmare.I didn't touch the sausages,eggs ,cakes all junk food.Coffee machine is a 2 star machine,doesn't even give you proper coffee.Apart from these it is ok but definitely not worth what I paid for.

Great price for the location, with relatively modernized rooms. But man will they make you earn your stay - tough to order room service if you don't speak portugese, similar story with reception, the cleaning crews will be around early mornings in the corrdiros which you can hear in the room due to paper thin walls.

The room didn’t have towels for the shower, the floor was dirty with tissues, the staff were not available.

Internet wasn’t working. There were two other people at the reception who were complaining about the Internet not working when I checked in.

After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am but check in was not available. Staff said come at 12pm and then 2pm but check in was done at 3pm. Staff not very helpful. Did not respond to emails before arrival date. Hotel is on a busy noisy street, windows are not double glazed. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Limited hangers. Overall hotel was basic quality. Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast had a good choice.

Good hotel, close to copacabana beach. Facilities arent the best but staff are very friendly

Great location a few blocks from the beach. 24-hour front desk always had someone on staff that spoke English and that was super helpful. Nice rooftop with pool, gym, and bar that served food from the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay there again.

Very few and wornout towels in the room, unhelpful front desk, poor amenities. Good location and water pressure un the shower.

Staff was so nice, accommodating and understanding. Basic hotel, safe, clean and convenient to near by attractions. Would recommend!

A room had the description listed as “sleeps 3” so I booked it, when I arrived they insisted the room only sleeps 2 and made me book a whole other room for 1 person. It was New Year’s Eve so of course they were price gouging on top of the false advertisement. Also had a friend lightly lean on a table they had set out and it broke in half, they tried to charge me for that table later. Location is great, you can see christ the redeemer from some of the rooms but overall, it’s meh.
