I have stayed at Foster's many times in the past and was concerned that the renovations might have interfered with the charm. However the big difference was a majorly upgraded bathroom and a few cleaner lines. The antiques and comfy furniture (including the bed) remained. Improvements all around. The staff didn't need any renovation, they were as helpful and friendly as they've always been. I'm returning to the festival twice more during the summer and am very glad I booked into Foster's, I'm eager to return.

Great place to stay and great food,the staff is awesome and helpful. The only one thing is when booking a room it states breakfast is included which is of course a seller but it was not and only offered a free mimosa, very misleading. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Just unhappy with the way the accounting is being handled. Adding an extra $200.00 to your account and then it appearing on your credit card. Yes, it came off but after 5-7 days.

Room was super clean and spacious. They had a wardrobe outside the room with extra towels and other necessities. The location is perfect smacked in the middle of downtown.

We've stayed here before two years ago and returned because we enjoyed the staff, food and the lodging . . . even though we liked it then, we like it even more now because of the remodeled the rooms. The rooms have a nice urban vibe and are immaculately clean.

Fosters restaurant menu had a wide range of offerings for brunch, lunch and dinner. During our 3-day/2-night stay we had dinner, brunch and drinks. We found the food delicious and the service helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and very pleasant. Renovations have been done on the rooms since I last stayed at Foster's Inn. The washroom has been completely renovated with beautiful tiling on the floor and shower stall. Our room had a sky light that provided lots of natural light in the space. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at a number of hotels in Stratford and I highly recommend Fosters.

Foster's is our "go to" place to stay when visiting Stratford to see shows at.the Shakespeare Festival! The rooms have all been refurbished and updated in the past year and it is better than ever! The restaurant is fantastic and everyone is so lovely to us!
