The hotel rooms are spacious and the atmosphere is nice. The rooms are clean and there's a golf cart shuttle service from the lobby to the rooms. The staff are well-mannered.

The room is quiet, the bathroom is very big, suitable for relaxation.

The first day, I slept in a room where the air conditioner wasn't cold, the water wasn't warm, the wifi didn't work, and there was no phone in the room. Very bad. Until I was able to change rooms, it was the second night, which cost me a room upgrade fee for 2 nights, but I couldn't sleep the first night.

Comfortable room but there was a problem with the water temperature (hot water). I was stayed at the studio room with no balcony however managed go get the garden view.

เช็คเอาท์​ไปตอนประมาณ 7 โมงกว่าๆ​ ทางแม่บ้านได้ตรวจห้องก่อนออกมาและแจ้งว่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว​ พอประมาณ​ 10 โมงกว่าๆ ทางรีสอร์ท​โทรมาแจ้งว่าแก้วไวน์​ในห้องหาย1ใบ​ ทางเราบอกว่าวางไว้บนโต้ะ​ข้างทีวี​ไม่เห็น​หรอคะ​ ทางรีสอร์ท​ก็บอกว่าเดี๋ยว​ไปดูใหม่​ จนตอนนี้ 13.00​ แล้ว​ แต่ทางรีสอร์ท​ไม่ได้โทรมาแจ้งอะไร​ คาดว่าน่าจะเจอแล้วรึเปล่า​ แนะนำว่าถ้าตรวจห้องก่อนออกและมีการแจ้งว่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว​ไม่ควรโทรมาถามอะไรแบบนี้นะคะ​ เพราะทางเรารู้สึ​กไม่ดีค่ะ

The room is not clean and so noisy from the upper room all day all night since I checked-in till checked-out I cant sleep all night , very bad experience with this resort 😣

The bed is soft and clean, but the toilet lid has mold stains. The water heater is broken and the wifi is bad.
