Lobby is very nice

Everything was very good, as usuall.

we stayed two nights and they didn't inform me that they don't clean the rooms unless you ask, damn annoying

So close to transport links and the centre of the city, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good location and comfortable

My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

Beautiful & comfortable room. Kind staff. Located right beside a train station, train journey to Mall of Scandinavia takes only 3 minutes!

Overall good stay

Nice hotel but the area is not the greatest. Not dangerous but very ethnic.

Det tråkiga med resan som vi längtat efter eftersom jag är i väg ofta, var att min sambo trillade på tågstationen, stukade sig illa i foten och helgen blev kass, hotellet är jättefint men vi njöt ej av Helsingborg, var på rummet, mvh Lars lundin

Perfect personel. Very good breakfast. Dilapidated bathroom. Needs renovation. Squeaky bed.
