Amazing service, very respectful and accommodating staff! House keeping ladies on the 5th floor go above and beyond. Nellys breakfast is perfect. Next time I’m in Helsingborg I will definitely be staying again.

Spotless

Clean throughout The breakfast prices at SEK 195 is too expensive for what is provided. Rooms don't get warm enough. Too many dents around doors. Annoying, repetitive sounds at night and avoid rooms with windows against the street.

The room was far too hot and no way to control! Otherwise it would have been 5 star

So close to transport links and the centre of the city, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good location and comfortable

My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

Beautiful & comfortable room. Kind staff. Located right beside a train station, train journey to Mall of Scandinavia takes only 3 minutes!

Overall good stay

Nice hotel but the area is not the greatest. Not dangerous but very ethnic.

Vårt rum kändes som ett renoveringsobjekt. En del av väggen på ena sidan av sängen var bortlyft och stod bredvid. Sladdar hängde ut på baksidan. Sängbordet var flyttat till andra sidan av rummet. Spolknappen på toaletten hängde sig flera gånger. Påpekade detta för personalen vid utcheckning, som kommenterade att det var bra att känna till... i övrigt, fantastisk frukost och trevlig personal vid incheckning.

Værelset var fint og temperatuen var tilpas. Personalet var søde men svære at få fat i.
