clean, nice room, airy moving near the old town, near many eating places very enthusiastic staff

The cleaning service entered our room when we were having breakfast downstairs. It was even not yet 10 a.m. (fyi we just left the room around 10 mins for having breakfast)they entered our room with our valuable things were still in the room. Bags were open etc.

Nice room, good service, friendly staff! No elevator, breakfast is so so.

Little breakfast but near the old town

Thank you for upgrading the hotel room for us. Rooms are spacious, spacious and comfortable. The hotel has met the requirements of guests staying. Sincere thanks! The hotel is near the old town center, easy to go back. However, the breakfast is not rich, the hotel does not have an elevator, so it is inconvenient to move. The swimming pool is not very comfortable

The hotel is very clean, the center is easy to move and especially the staff is very gentle and attentive

Great location, very close to the old town, the check-in staff was really rude, he insisted that I didn’t have the booking, when I was not convinced, he showed me the paperwork that didn’t even have the right name on it (even though I had just showed him my ID 5 minutes before). Massage was so-so. The stay was comfortable, but I won’t come here again because of the staff

I went to Hoi An Travel Lodge Hotel twice. My feeling is that the staff is very gentle, friendly. The bedroom is clean, has a fragrant aroma and has insect bites. The towel is a bit old, although very clean, I expect the hotel will change towels sooner. I appreciate Good and will come back.

Very nice, clean room, not so wide but comfortable. Located in Old Town. Can walk But food is terrible. Should improve both taste and freshness. Is not eaten It is recommended to stay out but go out to eat something outside to be very good.
