When I booked the room, I had the choice to pick a basement or another room, but it did not mention that it was in the basement. Once checked in, I was given a basement room with no windows. The corridor smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty water on the floor, the shower did not get hot, and the AC was prehistoric and very noisy. Staff were rude and argumentative when I said I wanted a new room and wanted to be charged to upgrade, but said they were full. The whole experience was awful

Everything was ok

This was by far the best breakfast I had at any hotel throughout Brazil. It is a great start to any day when you get started with the right food. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I arrived in the early hours of the morning (around 6AM), and I was given breakfast and an early check-in that was all unanticipated. The location was within great walking distance of many areas of interest, restaurants, and shopping.

Quarto limpo e ótimo custo benefício. Só como sugestão para melhorar é trocar o ar condicionado por um modelo mais novo, mais silencioso.

Os quartos e o hotel são extremamente simples. Café da manhã é bom, tem variedades. Os ralos do banheiro tinham mal cheiro, e o mesmo não possui box, apenas uma cortina curta, que não segura a água do banho e alaga o banheiro. A roupa de cama e as toalhas estavam limpas e cheirosas. A localização é boa
