Great property service was great if we had any issues it was quickly remedied would stay there again

Nice clean room, amazing amenities

The treadmills in the gym were rusted and very loud when used. The workout bench was torn from end to end. The parking lot is not secure. There are no cameras surveying the entire area and yet we have to pay $20.00 a day to park there at our own risk.

Clean, great location, great staff

The room was decent and clean. It was very convenient to the Polynesian Center. Staff were great. Food at their "restaurant" was not good. The burger was some sort of pressed meat. Not real beef. Oh, and they charge for parking. Also, note, there are no alcoholic drinks served at this Marriott. Dry district.

Nice place to stay if traveling north of the island. Not that many places to stay and this was a gem

Staff responded rudely when asked if we could switch to a beach view. We weren’t demanding the change so unsure why so rude.
