Friendly staff and a nice clean hotel. Great location.

I arrived after 6 PM and it was stressful to see there was no staff available for check‑in. Fortunately, I followed the instructions and everything worked smoothly. The room was very small, which I understand is common in Europe, but overall I wasn’t impressed. It felt basic, and the price didn’t really match what was offered. I suppose you pay for the brand, but it doesn’t always guarantee higher standards.I did enjoy the breakfast — the cheese, yogurt, and coffee were very good — but the overall stay didn’t leave me wowed.

The place was fine but there was no AC so not that enjoyable, otherwise good spot close to train and many amenities.

Perfect for our overnight stay before flying out of Zurich. We loved exploring the older part of this town. Both the charm and train station are steps from this hotel. Highly recommend.

Room abit small but very clean. Breakfast was great. Very nice staff. Only complaint is the shower leaked abit. Floor wet after use.

I love how the hotel was close to train station that goes directly to the airport and the beds were fantastic 💙

The room is SMALL. The bathroom had zero ventilation. Every time I took a shower, there was water all over the bathroom floor. I was shocked at the accommodations. Shocked! The positive side to this hotel is the steakhouse that’s attached. The food there is delicious.

Decent hotel but although they say there is parking, it's actually the train station car park, and quite a trek with your luggage. It was a struggle to find the entrance to the car park, especially if you've never visited before, and when you're not advised in advance of where the parking is. We parked for about 15 hours (overnight), and according to the information in the room, parking would only cost €15 for the duration of our stay. The reception duly stamped our parking ticket to ensure this was the case. When we left the hotel, we discovered that it was costing us €30!! Adding this to the price of the hotel makes it an expensive hotel for what you get. There was a fair sized hole in the middle of the duvet cover and what appeared to be a coin sized blood stain on the net curtains. I personally would not stay there again.
