I was in one of the newly remodeled the rooms and it was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. We had an updated room which was complete with amenities. For us the beds were a bit firm. But if that’s what you like, it’s right for you. The breakfast offerings were different both days we went so that made me happy! Our only complaint was the shower head. It is one of those square ones above your head and the water seemed to go in every direction, in a thin stream on this one, in room 431. We had kind and helpful staff at the desk. We were not able to check in early but we could leave our bags and they were brought to our room as soon as we arrived for check in.

Everything was fine, just the parking service was not available at all.

Our whole stay was good.

The hotel is fine and the location is very good, lots of restaurants around. I was disappointed because I paid at the hotel, instead of paying when I made the reservation on Expedia, and the hotel charged me US$35 more due to the "echange rate". Very annoying and not very transparent!

The receptionist gave me a different room. I reserved a mini suite and they gave me a regular room. The guy that gave us that room didn’t explain why they change it, he tried to give me the key without explanation and even after 30 min he still didn’t gave me an answer on why the room that I reserved was available. Needs better customer service, the guy doesn’t have any customer service skill at all.

Great breakfast buffet

I have been staying here for some years and the bathrooms need updating. They are not bad and are very clean! The breakfast is always great and I live the location and cleanliness of the hotel .
