Hot water no available, bed clothes were very old and were ripped off, uncomfortable pillows, no air conditioning, very very small parking space

Quick check in and friendly staff Hard time to park because of space and water takes a long time to heat. Other than that it fits perfectly for a one night stay

THE WORS EVER

Extreme construction on the front road, many roads were close, it was very hard to get there with the gps in the muddle of the night.

The service was terrible. The carpet was very old and dirty. When taking a shower the water turned off twice and I was still covered in soap, so I had to wash myself off with the water from the toilet tank and to top that off we were not given any shampoo, soap, and towels.

I arrived and hotel was full, they move me to their sister hotel, nice and confortable, 100 yards away

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones se pueden mejorar, el drenaje de la regadera tardaba mucho en desaguar.

La calidad del colchón y las almohadas

Habitación limpia , estacionamiento chico, complicado de acceder , no había agua caliente , según pague una villa de $1900 por una noche y no había agua caliente .

No hay wifi mala atención del recepcionista

La relación valor - precio es la correcta pero la actitud de recepcista hombre el vienes 2 de mayo fue pesima o poco flexible y enuncio : solicite una extension del check out pagando un ajuste en hora o bien otra noche adicional y que por ser la feria de san marcos no era posible cuando el hotel no estaba lleno que tenian que cobrar el doble de costo que pague una noche anterior. ????. la habitacion requiere de Aire Acondicionado y no de ventidador de techo no es suficiente

Todo excelente, la anterior, servicio y habitación, volvería otra vez, sin dudarlo

Un hotel ideal para estancias de visita de trabajo, comodo limpio y bien ubicado, tienes cerca todo. lo recomiendo calidad precio por la zona. volveria.

Están horribles las instalaciones… viejas, sucias, sin un ventilador o abanico ni se diga aire acondicionado… el estacionamiento lleno de basura… latas de cerveza y cajas de pizza en las áreas comunes. Una verdadera vecindad el lugar HORRIBLE

Inadecuado el lugar tardaron en atender al huésped, estacionamiento pequeño, chapa de habitación en mal estado, personal de recepción mala actitud.
