The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was average. The room was in poor condition. The bathroom sink didn't drain and the hot water wasn't reliable. Many of the electrical outlets didn't work.

The staff and overall atmosphere really stood out. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a calm, charming feel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice convenient space to stay . If you take Tica Bus, this the best place to stay plus you can see a lot art pieces

The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful in organizing transport and exchanging money. We were very well taken care of. The breakfast was FANTASTIC and included.

Everything was more than what I expected. Clean room, kind staff & owner and tons of arts. So I used this hotel repeatedly during my vacation in Nicaragua.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The place has a charming and peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was delicious. Overall, a great experience — just a few small details could make it perfect.

Room was nice, has AC, but the window/ views of the room is limited since it leads to a way.

The hotel was very eclectic and wonderfully immersed in creative artworks. The only concern I have is that only breakfast was available. The hotel advertised a restaurant that offered both lunch and dinner.

Good overall

The rooms at this hotel are ample and kept clean. Stayed there 6 nights and had room cleaning service everyday. Excellent air conditioning, had working hot water everyday I was there and the WiFi worked well. Loved having the free breakfast offered with daily varying juice options. Overall had a great stay here!

The hotel helped to arrange transport from the airport to make arrival so easy. Then once I arrived, the staff were friendly and even helped me to order food since I arrived late. Staying here is like staying in an art museum - every wall has paintings or sculptures or artifacts to see. There’s a courtyard area to sit outside and read or just enjoy the plants of the property. Very enjoyable experience and looking forward to my next visit

Totally unique place to stay, an old colonial property stuffed full of art and antiques. Part museum part hotel but totally brilliant and a real quirky place
