All was good with the exception of the check in process, when you book it gives you the option to select extras. Breakfast and Parking. The parking was listed as ten dollars so I chose it and prepaid for the room and parking. When i got to check in the front desk asked me if I needed parking. I told her I had prepaid it on Hotels.com After looking over the reservation she told me the complimentary parking was a block away. So i paid again for parking this time to the tune of $35.00 for the night. If the other parking is complimentary still not sure what I paid the ten dollars for.

The check in was easy. Parking was a bit tricky until we had the proper instructions during check in. The water slide was only open from 5-10pm. The location is convenient

Parking was very troublesome for a person that drives a full sized truck.

Breakfast should be included , hallways need Reno’s. Ice /water machine on 18 was down

Excellent staff and hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful. Simple things like using the phone in the room, getting the TV to work, accessing the internet and using the EV charger for our car all required help from staff. Everyone was helpful but it was surprising how many simple tasks required attention.

The room was very good but did not like paying $31.50 for parking 1 night at the hotels out door parkade.

The hotel is in a great location and seem to be quite nice. The front desk staff were pretty unhelpful and not very friendly. Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Train your front desk like you do your restaurant staff.

It’s a dated Delta. Elevator makes weird noises and it’s all a bit shabby. Parking is now down the street in a gated lot with very questionable locals loitering around.

room and location were great was annoyed that parking was an extra cost - and not cheap at that when the cost of the hotel was already higher than most others I stay at in Regina.

The staff including front desk, housekeeping, servers, and management were excellent in resolving a few issues I had. Very friendly and went out of their way to assist you. I had a sink drainage the first day of arrival. Maintenance was called and they reported it was was fixed. It did not last as the problem stayed the rest of my stay. Had meals that were not satisfactory. One dinner, fish and chips, batter was over cooked and too much grease. Breakfast was poached eggs medium with toast. Eggs were in a bowl with water and egg whites floating in it, not much of eggs left also served hard not medium. Toast was not fresh at all, dried out. Decided to have meals at other venues. Not sure of their policy in regard to access to movies on T.V. All I received was sports
