It was beautiful

Beautiful hotel and the staff went above and beyond! My husband got food poisoning in the evening and spent most of the night in the bathroom. With having a 6am flight home, I had to make sure that he would get some medication to even have the smallest of chances for us making the flight. At 2am there were 2 attendants at the front desk and both helped me call a 24hr pharmacy to see if we could get some meds delivered and when that was not possible, organized a ride and translator to take me to the pharmacy. We’re able to leave the hotel at 3:30am and make our flight. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts! The beds are super comfortable, great pillows and our room had the view of the city and we got to see the lit up aqueduct one last time. Very very beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent

Large comfy rooms, nice restaurant and all at a very reasonable price. The staff was the best! They go above & beyond to accommodate you & make your stay memorable. Special shout out to Ramona, Alejandra, & Eduardo!

I was not offered any VIP benefits, despite staying here several times, and I have informed the front desk every time that I am supposed to receive VIP offers.

The room was adequate and the staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was just okay. The only real problem we encountered was the 3rd floor room with the bar/disco directly below our window and the music was very loud until midnight. We got very little sleep before had to get up at 2:45am to catch an early flight.

Very clean, very comfortable room, excellent and professional service, great people and fantastic breakfast food and service, we loved our stay!!!
