Overall was good

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to a personal emergency, I had to delay my check-in by one day. I called multiple times—over and over—to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone. I even left messages, and no one got back to me. When I finally arrived the next day, I was told my reservation had been canceled. To make matters worse, my money was not refunded. I paid for a stay that I was unable to use, not because of a no-show, but because the hotel failed to answer their phones or return calls. I understand policies are in place, but guests deserve basic communication and fairness. This situation could have been easily avoided if someone had just picked up the phone. I left feeling frustrated and completely unheard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn,t clean the room every day

There were roaches everywhere! Can't sleep for 2 nights! Its a very stinky place to stay. I would not recomend this place at all! Never again! Read other comments before booking, i missed that, they are true, roaches are everywhere!!

Roaches everywhere. The whole place smells like mold. Dirty and old. The place needs to be torn down. Will never go back to that hotel again.

Really loud. Thin walls. Minimum amenities but I think you can ask for extras like a hair dryer!

Service

Location was great but hotel was not great. It has been my worse experience. No front desk staff. To check in I had to use a phone to call customer service then an employee finally came to the front to check me in. Room was dirty. Blood stains on bed and pillow. The bathroom curtain was molded. Walls were dirty as well. Trims of walls, bed, and switches were dusty. No iron provided.

Stayed here 3 days for my son’s sports camp at Montverde. The place is just OK. Not very nice, a bit of a shady crowd. Smelled like pot most evenings when we got home. If you’re a working guy or in a pinch, probably OK. For a family stay, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Stay was good although they need to step their game up on pest control as I killed quite a few German cockroaches inside my room. Granted it is central Florida where roaches can be commonly found I wouldn't have expected to see so many inside the room

Our room was very clean. Lacked a few amenities such as tissues.

When we checked in, the machine to activate our room key was not working. In order to get into our room, a manager had to walk us up and use their key. We had to wait often as other guests were checking in. It was very inconvenient. I had another trip planned for this coming weekend as well, and may cancel our reservation to avoid any mishaps or inconveniences again.

Younger what you pay for. This was a no-frills hotel but it was clean and relatively quiet. I would give it an okay rating for business travelers.

The Hotel is in a place where it is difficult to see or fine from Highway 50. It would help to have a sign pointing to the hotel on Highway 50.
