Near the center, easy to get around, near the cathedral is great

room 530 + vat -> 600k advantages: convenient and crowded area. disadvantages: dusty room, smelly, poor hygiene. bad stay experience

I find the hotel staff very friendly. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will still stop by the hotel. 😙

Vị trí ngay gần nhà thờ Đá, thuận tiện đi lại, dễ bắt xe hơn phố Cổ. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, hỗ trợ tốt, thích nhất lâu lâu lại nghe tiếng chuông nhà thờ, đường có cây xanh đẹp.

Vị trí phía sau nhà thờ lớn, dễ dàng đi bộ ra Hồ Gươm rất thuận lợi

I booked a classic or delux room with an area of 20m2. But take me to the attic room. The room is small and bad, the staff attitude is not friendly. Completely criticized....

Location is amazing, the room didn't look like the picture at all (we booked a deluxe room) the bathroom could have used a very good clean and one morning the water wasn't working. When we asked about it we were told that that they had been doing work on a pipe however it would have been nice to know so we could have showered the night before. A little bit of confusion around the laundry service however that's no fault of the hotel as my Vietnamese is limited.

Nhân viên lịch sự, lễ phép. Chất lượng phòng ok, sạch sẽ tương xứng với tầm giá. Gần nhà thờ, bờ hồ, phố đi bộ... nên khá tiện lợi cho việc đi dạo khám phá xung quanh. Mình vote 4.5/5 sao cho khách sạn này.

Mmm.. the room I booked cost nearly 700k. When I came to checkin at 6pm, the staff informed me that the room I booked had just had a power failure, only a mechanic came to fix it at 8pm :)). Should tell me to another hotel nearby (I don't remember the name), but that hotel looks like a motel room, everyone. I immediately returned to this Church hotel, sat at the front desk and said I would wait for the repairman to finish. While I was waiting, the male staff member kept telling me to fix it for a long time, then I had to cut all the walls out to fix the bla bla. It doesn't sound fake at all :)) luckily, I was able to cancel the room so I fell in a hurry.

M is very satisfied with the experience here. I booked a regular room, but the hotel upgraded itself to a room with a very nice view window because I went on weekdays and the room was empty. And I stayed overtime, the hotel charged a very affordable price. I will come back when I have a chance

The hotel is suitable for a stay in Hanoi, located near the center of the lakeside, near the amusement parks. Hotel staff are enthusiastic and friendly

The location of the hotel is quite great, right behind the church, the rooms are temporary. Towels are not very clean. Overall, with that price range, it's okay
