Staff was very friendly. At night, they're at the reception of the Hotel Monjas del Carmen, but it's literally one block away, so it was easy to contact them. The hotel is right on Plaza Nueva, where all the buses, taxis, tours, etc are. Very pleased.

Great location receptionist was awesome and very helpful Room was clean with a great view of Plaza Nueva Bed was really firm and the bathroom was VERY small

The hotel parking is extremely difficult to access (2 levels underground, cannot follow a single line and need to go backwards to redirect in the middle of steep-sloped turns (several times), etc.), even for European drivers with years of experience with manual gears (stick shift). If you come from the US, my advice is: don’t even try it, it’s not worth the risk of making bumps in your rental car. Everything else with this hotel is great.

Room 402 absolutely the best balcony in the city!!! We rented 2 rooms for our family and it was perfect. The rooms a simple but very comfortable and clean. Amazing location!

Jorge welcomed us and was great. He gave us a great room with amazing views. We had an excellent stay :)

Best part was how close to the Alhambra it was. Negatives - it was not a 3 min “walk” to the Alhambra. Maybe via taxi or the bus, on a good day. The parking & breakfast was not on-site. The toilet paper were tiny sheets like bar napkins, not a roll.

Everything was amazing,, place was clean, location is the best, very professional staff,, but the wifi was not working at all during my stay :(

Awe enjoyed our stay and we were able to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. Property is cleaned and well maintained. Property is located walkable distance surrounded by most the attractions in area and restaurants. In future I will stay there again.

Acceptable service. The rooms were small, not as described on the website. The shower was extremely slippery and very dangerous. I suffered a trauma to my right toe. Anyone could fall.

Very clean, awesome location (walkable to almost every tourist destination). I will say the rooms aren’t very sound proof + by a busy popular street- some ear plugs and no issue but for people with kids may not be ideal.

We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is REALLY convenient to the Alhambra and all walking areas of Granada. The hotel rooms were a little small but totally acceptable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the square which was very enjoyable. The elevator was very small but worked fine for three people. We used stairs mostly for descending which were clean and very nice. Overall a very nice hotel with parking arrangements with another hotel down the street. That garage was the absolutely tightest parking entrance and spot I've ever navigated in 35 years of driving - but pulled if off - woo hoo! The breakfast is at the same hotel as the parking about two blocks away and we decided not to partake in this as there were plenty of good bakery and food options in the neighborhood. Overall would definitely return for a stay as prices were very reasonable and location perfect.
