เวลาเช็คอินบ่าย 2 แต่ได้เข้าพักจริงบ่าย 3 เหตุผลเพราะแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดตึกอื่นอยู่ รออยู่หน้าตึกประมาณชั่วโมงนึง รอบแรกโทรไปก็บอกจะแจ้งแม่บ้านให้ เราก็นึกว่าจะให้เอาการ์ดมาให้แล้ว แต่พอรอบสองโทรไปอีกก็บอกจะเร่งให้เหมือนเดิม ทั้งที่ความจริงควรจะให้แม่บ้านเอาลงมาให้ตอนนั้นเลยเพราะมันถึงเวลาเช็คอินแล้ว แต่การพูดคือเหมือนจะให้เรารอจนกว่าแม่บ้านจะทำความสะอาดตึกอื่นเสร็จ ทั้งที่มันไม่ควรต้องรอ และมีการเก็บค่าทำความสะอาด 500฿ แต่ในรายละเอียดและข้อมูลโรงแรมหน้าการจองไม่มีแจ้งไว้ แต่แจ้งมาให้ในรายละเอียดในเมลล์หลังการจ่ายค่าจองไปแล้ว อยากให้มีการแจ้งในรายละเอียดหน้าการจองค่ะ เพราะอย่างน้อยลูกค้าจะได้จัดสรรค่าใช้จ่ายได้ถูกต้อง ไม่ใช่จ่ายไปแล้วถึงมามีแจ้งในเมลล์ทีหลังว่าจะมีการเก็บเงินเพิ่ม อาจจะเป็นความผิดทางเราที่ไม่อ่านรีวิวที่พักก่อน และวางใจทางโรงแรมทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาดนี้ แต่ค่าทำความสะอาด 500฿ ไม่สมราคากับความสะอาดห้องที่ได้รับ ดูได้ดังรูปเลยค่ะ ฝุ่นทั้งในห้องและนอกระเบียงเยอะมาก เดินเข้าไปฝุ่นติดจนเท้าดำ ผ้าม่านเหมือนไม่มีการทำความสะอาด ผ้าปูเตียงมีรอยเปื้อน ปลอกหมอนมีฝุ่นและปีกแมลงอะไรไม่รู้ ไม่สมค่าทำความสะอาดที่จ่ายไปค่ะ ก่อนเข้าพักเหมือนไม่มีการตรวจหรือดูแลห้องเลย พอเข้าไปแล้ว น้ำยังไม่เปิดให้ ลูกบิดฝักบัวในห้องน้ำหลุด ลูกบิดกลอนประตูข้างนอกห้องหลวมไม่สามารถบิดเพื่อปิดห้องได้ ทั้งที่ห้องพักดูดี สระว่ายน้ำสวย องค์ประกอบโรงแรมคือโอเค รปภ. ที่ดูแลตึกน่ารัก พูดจาสุภาพ แต่เรื่องความสะอาดและการตรงต่อเวลาเรื่องเช็คอื่นเข้าที่พักดันมีปัญหา อยากให้แก้ไขตรงนี้ค่ะ
