Both the hotel and my room were very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I booked the King Suite with the fancy shower and was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend if you are staying in Peace River.

Staff was excellent, appreciated their help when I needed some printing done that I’d forgotten to bring with me.

Room had waste left behind (plastic wrap, bottle caps, nicotine pouches) and coffee stains under coffee maker tray. Room had masked smoke smell on arrival. Very dated. No security door lock - looked like it had been removed. Restaurant understaffed with only one waitress. Better off having breakfast self serve.

The room was clean when I arrived but wasn’t cleaned again, coffee pods weren’t replenished or the garbage wasn’t emptied the rest of my 3 night stay.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was amazing.

The room and overall hotel was clean, however, we got a room with 2 Queen beds and there is NO way these beds were Queen's. Definitely double beds. Two average sized adults were squished on one bed. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a sad excuse for food. Overcooked pancakes and eggs. Extremely bland flavoring. No other options than this. Hotel could really use upgrades. Windows smashed. Kitchenette's falling apart in rooms.

Not bad but not great. Beds are comfortable, but the hotel in general is run down and is not kept very clean. Common areas and the fitness centre in particular need some attention from cleaning staff.

Very clean, friendly staff. Our room was in a high traffic area and very loud.

I would recommend for any one staying here that do not rely on the breakfast as we have a very interesting experience there and we went for the breakfast around 8am and there was hardly anything left and upon inquiring from the staff if the staff is going to refill the breakfast dishes and the answer was whatever is left that’s all they have . They even didn’t have the Jam and enough bread left . They have two separate buildings which is quite annoying since we were not informed or expecting that we have to walk for the breakfast and it was so slippery and anyone easily will fall . There was nothing that can be described nice so I would say it’s up to everyone how they choose to stay but this is a property to be honest for someone who can’t find a place anywhere else in peace river .

Nothing fancy tv didnt work smells like a old fast food restaurant. Probably wont stay here again too bad i have to stay in oeace river once a month lost my business

There was so much ice all over the parking lot no salt even sidewalks. Parking lots were a mess. I had to haul my stuff thru piles of snow to get ro room. No parking close.
