The rooms is clean, location is near to many attraction and staff hotel are helpful.

The staff was super friendly, got early check-in because I arrived from Sapa early and I can leave my luggage 2 days before my check-in. It's really helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly, we were allowed to check in early. We were allowed to leave our suitcases while we were traveling to other places. Overall, this hotel is really good, even though it was not time to check in, we were allowed to rest inside and were offered drinks again.

The hotel staff is friendly and can speak English. So communication is very easy.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff messaged us even a few days before we arrived to confirm our bookings (we booked 2 rooms). We weren't allowed to check in early, but the hotel was fully booked, so we understand. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They gave a map of the area and gave directions of places to go. The rooms were clean. Side note, one of our rooms was on the 6th floor, but the elevator is only until the 5th floor, but the stairs were pretty manageable, and they helped carry your suitcase to your rooms. Our room on the 6th floor has a knocking sound once in a while, but other than that, we had a great stay❤️ oh and the breakfast was good too👍

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room [was] very spacious and the bathroom was clean. Nice to stay here. Around 9 - 15min walking [distance] to Hoan Kiem Lake and other places. Very recommended ⭐

The family room we booked on the 5th floor was actually comfortable, but every night we were disturbed by knocks on the wall, banging on the door, and playing with the doorknob as if trying to open the door, so we couldn't sleep every night. We've tried to report it, but we were still disturbed every night until we went home.

I really like the service here. The service is very good since I have stayed at 3 hotels. This place takes care of customers every step of the way. The room is worth the price. Personally, I think it is clean. The furniture is arranged very well.

The receptionist here is extremely friendly, she always helps guests her best with a very cheerful attitude. This is my second time staying at Chic hotel. When I go to Hanoi, I will choose Chic again
