Excellent staff, great room. The onsite restaurant has a great menu and service. The pool is a good size, our only complaint is that the hot tub was out of service. The lobby coffee machine with the various options is such a treat! Loved the staff from check in to check out.

Fantastic stay

Humid and warm inside pool but no hot tub. Didn’t use it during the day Internet we get a head cold. Although bathroom has large tub in lieu. The van Houte coffee maker Keurig was phenomenal option for free for guests and tasted amazing with fresh ground coffee beans. My mom kept getting the hot chocolate and now ordering her own it was that good. We had issues with the noise late at night when going to bed. Kids playing floor hockey in the hallway. Then people above us stomping around and then young women chatting and laughing right outside our door. We had to call reception three separate times before we had enough silence to sleep without disruption.

I specifically paid extra for the room that said "jetted tub" in the listing. Upon arrival, there was no jetted tub in the room, just a shower. I called the front desk to complain and they said they recently renovated the rooms and removed the tub and said I could use the public hot tub. The only compensation offered was a free breakfast but it was only for one specific meal from their menu with eggs and my girlfriend cannot eat eggs. Thankfully the exceptionally kind staff at the restaurant accommodated us. I checked the reviews and I am not the first person to complain about there being no tub in the room. It's unacceptable that the listing has not been changed yet. It is false advertising. The room was nice but I would have selected a cheaper room if I knew there was no tub and I should have been offered more than just free breakfast in compensation.
