The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was perfect for a family of 5. Great rooftop tennis court. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet was quick and easy. Short drive to restaurants and shops at the Village.

Great trip to South Lake Tahoe. Space in our suite was excellent, and pleased with the range of facilities in the hotel, including many free games to play on the roof, a free pool table and free laundry too. Sadly the pool was under renovation while we visited, but we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, which was great. Valet parking was great, we never waited long for our car at all.

Great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at HVC SLT. The staff were friendly. The vallet hustle to retrieve our car—never a long wait for the vallet. The hotel has a lot to offer except for dining options. Would of been 5-stars if the hotel offered breakfast and the heated pool was closed. The room was clean and exactly as described.

The location of the property is excellent, provided you’re here for the Heavenly skiing experience. The staff is also excellent, with

Customer in/out facilities plan needs revamp: Access to heavenly gondola area should be accentuated and made more walk-friendly. Car valet and car access/ temp. parking for delivered cars area needs expanding. Jacuzzi is small and tucked in a corner, not pleasant at all. PROPERTY HAS HUGE UNUTILIZED POTENTIAL. Staff is great. Value is great but there is upward room in rates to make the above happen.
