I had a bad experience this time. I was unable to sleep from midnight until 4:45 AM. The surroundings were noisy due to illegal motorcycle racing (Sunday night), which made me sick and dizzy. Family room: very slow water from the toilet pipe.

Stayed here for many times before but this time the family room 210 have multiple issues where the blower in the bathroom didn’t work and bedroom cleanliness should be improve next time. But no worries cause i will choose this hotel again when coming to nilai.

would be glad if each room got personal iron and mini fridge

Fast check-in and out. Close to mall, restaurants, and others. Public parking available at site. Quick access to and from expressway.

I hope they add a wall hook in the bedroom and bathroom 😁

The room is very comfortable and clean.

The staff is friendly, but the lack of soundproofing in the deluxe room affected my stay, especially with the noise from motorcycles even at 3 AM.

Air conditioner not cool, water not hot enough, and no WiFi in the room for android TV.

Room lock faulty, I did ask the front desk to change my room or ask their technicians to repair, but they avoided, and then don't have safe box so I can't keep my valuables in safe box, not worth of what we pay for that location, no food shops nearby for breakfast because no breakfast is provided by hotel even with paying extra

Simple hotel room. It's not easy to spend the weekend because it is near uptown, very noisy and there is no parking. The staffs are quite arrogant and not customer friendly. I don't plan on staying at this hotel anymore

The hotel staff was friendly, easy to find, there was a night market on Friday, just a walk away.
