Got room upgrade so not twin bed but queen bed and single bed. It was nice.

Nice hotel and location, convenient with public transport

Make up room hanya dilakukan per 2 hari sekali 😂, dengan membayar kamar 3 standard triple bed dengan harga 3,1 juta per malam sangat tidak sepadan dengan pelayanan hotel ini. Kamar nya kecil sekali, tidak di rekomendasi kan untuk family holiday. Tidak ada free air minum botol, hanya ada tap water dari kran langsung. Lokasi terlalu jauh untuk jalan jalan, jarak ke MRT 2.2 kilometer, ke Orchard road membutuhkan biaya 20 dollar sekali jalan dengan grab car. Overall, sangat tidak di rekomendasikan

Good, big swimming pool, good room, clean, big but a lot of people

No water bottle, no toothbrush, no hair dryer.

Suitable for business traveler, not recommended for family traveler. House keeping only on your 3rd day of stay, need to call in to request for new towel and toiletries.

It was not mentioned in the description that the room will be cleaned by the Housekeeping once every 7 days! When we arrived, there were no towels, no plastic bag for the bin, the water jug was not dry (used without cleaning?). Not recommended.

We just knew that house keeping staff will not clean the rooms every day cause we only book for four days instead of one week and this was informed by the hotel ' s reception. It should be inform when we booked it from online travel agent.

The condition of the sofa bed is shabby. The entrance to the lobby is very dark at night, because there is no lighting at all. The location is very far from the city and MRT station. MacPherson mall is a dead mall that has no activity, all that's left is a small Bar and Pub, very uncomfortable for a hotel with a family concept.

Check in process is slow, room aircon is weak even setting to coolest is still weak compare to other hotel of same grade.

Breakfast at 9am on the 4th floor is full and we are asked to wait and then directed to the restaurant behind the lobby but in the back lobby restaurant it should not be delivered to the 4th floor. Finally after arguing it is allowed to eat behind the loby with a menu of aladadarnya. give up stay there. thanks.

not clean and not strategic location, even staff service great

Clean rooms and fast housekeeping! Very friendly and helpful reception. I was happy since they allowed me to do late checkout.

The cleanliness and the variety of food choices were the problems for us. They don't sweep the floor, they only changed the towels and make the bed. It looks clean, but we could tell that it was a bit dusty, especially since we were staying for a week. They also mostly serve the same breakfast everyday, which could get boring after a few days.

I feel comfortable and great services.

The room is extremely, extremely small. Wild is not the same as described in the web. There is absolutely no wardrobe, but just a temporary truss above the refrigerator to give clothes hangers. The most basic facilities of a hotel are also not available. Do not stop by.
