Make up room hanya dilakukan per 2 hari sekali 😂, dengan membayar kamar 3 standard triple bed dengan harga 3,1 juta per malam sangat tidak sepadan dengan pelayanan hotel ini. Kamar nya kecil sekali, tidak di rekomendasi kan untuk family holiday. Tidak ada free air minum botol, hanya ada tap water dari kran langsung. It was not mentioned in the description that the room will be cleaned by the Housekeeping once every 7 days! When we arrived, there were no towels, no plastic bag for the bin, the water jug was not dry (used without cleaning?). Not recommended.

We just knew that house keeping staff will not clean the rooms every day cause we only book for four days instead of one week and this was informed by the hotel ' s reception. It should be inform when we booked it from online travel agent.

The condition of the sofa bed is shabby. The entrance to the lobby is very dark at night, because there is no lighting at all. The location is very far from the city and MRT station. MacPherson mall is a dead mall that has no activity, all that's left is a small Bar and Pub, very uncomfortable for a hotel with a family concept.

The cleanliness and the variety of food choices were the problems for us. They don't sweep the floor, they only changed the towels and make the bed. It looks clean, but we could tell that it was a bit dusty, especially since we were staying for a week. They also mostly serve the same breakfast everyday, which could get boring after a few days.
