Even though the building condition is outdated, they provided exceptional good services they tried to accomplish all customers need. The breakfast buffet provided on the weekend was so good. Forgot to mention that the bathtub was so big and hot spring water was provided, so that my wife and me can enjoy hot spring without leaving our room. The bed in our room was frim and we like it I think this hot spring hotel provided excellent value for all travellers who do mind to stay in outdated hotel，but good breakfast and excellence servicea.

It’s a very old hotel that needs major renovation. You can hear a lot of noise while you’re in the room.

Nice location. Big bathroom with big tub for hot soak. Room interior old. Bedsheets old. Towels old. Lighting dim.

the location is amazing. less than 5 min walk from Jiaoxi bus station and less than 10 from Jiaoxi train station. It is a little out-date but still kept clean and comfy. the roof top hot spring spa is exceptionally good which is worth the money. Breakfast is good with local varieties. Is a little more than an hour walk to the famous WufengChi Waterfall.

The staff were very friendly and offered us help whenever we needed it. The room was big, with a big onsen for hot spring spa. Thete was a sofa inside the room with a king sized bed. The spa pools on the top floor offered us another choice if you wanted to have a romantic holiday with your partner or spouse.

Very friendly staff at hotel. Basement has small playroom for young kids. Property a little far from main activities areas in Jiaoxi.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Always joking and smiling with me, they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff spoke English quite well. There was a decent variety of food for the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and large and the hot spring tub in the room was enjoyable. Would certainly stay here again.

Jacuzzi on the room was good, bath on the top of building one of its kind. Good breakfast also

古いホテルでバス、トイレの設備は悪く、眺望は望めませんでしたが、部屋とベッドが広かった。 写真にある屋上の露天風呂は、水着着用との事で使わなかったが、近くの温泉公園に森林風呂があり、バスターミナルにも台鉄駅にも近く、交通の便は良い。

有點老舊 但地點不錯

員工都非常親切，房間乾淨，床好睡。 但是其他樓層房客抽煙，從廁所的連通管道飄進房間...廁所抽風設備不夠力，無法把菸味排掉。晚上只好戴口罩睡覺...

飯店設備雖老舊但還蠻乾淨 員工服務頗佳，早餐不錯吃 但晚上11點左右空調傳出濃濃煙味 應該是其他房客在室內抽菸.....

老飯店但維護很好，服務親切，早餐不錯! 就是隔音較差一點! 整體很是不錯，下次會再來!

早餐豐富，每天款式略有不同，而且美味。 老闆熱情招待，早餐時會和客人談天。可能入住人數不太多，服務人員可以記得客人房號。 溫泉水量大，很快充滿浴缸。如想兩人同泡，選觀音石浴缸套房，浴缸足夠兩人有餘。 交通方便，由礁溪轉運站走過來，只需5分鐘。 唯一缺點是間隔牆是木板，鄰房談語聲隱約可聞。
