Air conditioning could only get the temp down to 80 in the day and 76 at night. Very uncomfortabke. Staff not responsive to needs like towels or toilet paper.

The front desk staff and valet staff were pleasant, but that’s literally the only positive. The wait to get in was incredibly long, the lobby was closed and we had to walk to another one, the room itself was disgustingly dirty and didn’t have normal hotel amenities like cups, trash can, tissues, etc. Several outlets didn’t work, and a fuse blew and half the room’s power went out. We had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark. The AC didn’t work and the balcony door was not properly sealed, so it ranged from 75-79 degrees in the room the whole time even with the AC on high and set to 64 degrees. The pillows and sheets were stained and smudged with dirt. I paid for a suite with a bedroom and was given a room with two beds, no separate bedroom. At breakfast, there was dirty gunk in my water glass. This place was absolutely disgusting and I will never stay here again.

If I could give negative stars to this property I would. It stood in line nearly two hours to simply check in for a room I reserved four months ago. And when I expressed my displeasure with the long wait, Mr. Personality, Kendall, had an attitude with me telling him the situation was troubling. The room I waited hours for was terrible. The box spring was so broken that the entire bed was in a U-shape. There was also active leaks from the ceiling and walls. I could see water bulging between the wall and paint. Chunks of the wet ceiling also fell down throughout my stay. The air conditioning was never cooling to lower than 70. Each time my group needed basic things like extra towels, sheets for the pull out bed or even getting our trash emptied it was a fight. Things either took hours, didn’t happen, or required multiple conversations with bitter, mean, unhelpful staff. Even the phones in the room stopped connecting to the front desk. Nobody should stay at this hotel. Ever. This hotel needs to be gutted - both the building and the staff - and start from scratch. I will be avoiding ALL IHG properties in the future and encourage others to the same.

I booked my room February 2025 for the week of July 11-13 and when I arrived at 1pm I noticed that there were about 50 guests waiting to check in. I went to the front desk to see what was going on and was told that check in was delayed to 4 pm. I immediately got upset because my daughter and I was there for the Beyonce concert and had to leave by 4:30 to validate my parking pass I purchased. I noticed people getting dressed in the lobby/ bathrooms because we all were there for the same concert. We finally got checked in at 4:30 the rooms were nasty, hair in my shower, sticky floor.and the air didn't work. This was the worst experience ever. And to make matters worst i have received my refund from this horrible stay! We checked out the next day because I was over it!

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I feel it's important to inform others considering this property. The pictures appear to be outdated, as the hotel itself is in dire need of renovations. I experienced several issues during my stay, including a clogged shower with hair everywhere, and I found hair on my bed sheets as well. The bathroom had a musty smell, reminiscent of mildew. Also, the front desk staff, particularly the night shift leader, demonstrated a lack of customer service skills and empathy. She seemed indifferent to my concerns. It’s disappointing to see how some people no longer treat others as they would like to be treated. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

Check in was pretty rough, spent 1.5 hrs on line after they pushed everyone’s 3 pm check in back to 4 due to an alleged housekeeping issue… room was decent at best: dirty shower, lack of linens so not sure what housekeeping was doing between check out and a new round of guests to check in. But at least my room had a coffee pot with grounds, filter & creamer. Pool was nice, staff were somewhat cordial. I booked this for convenience/location, not for aesthetics. If you want something nicer, this may not be your best option.

The room was not the cleanest as far at the bathroom and kitchen area and carpet beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t work it was very hot in our room. Spoke to staff and was told there were no more rooms available to switch us. We were 3 hours from home and had to just make do with what we had

Absolutely terrible. Check in stated as 3pm on website. Waited in lobby to check in until 4:30 pm. Was not able to get any help with parking, no valet, and no blanket in room. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend to anyone.

We arrived and was made to wait 2.5 hours to check in with no explanation. When we did finally get into our room the air conditioning barely worked. The shower faucet seemed to be coming out of the wall. We called the front desk to ask for hand towels and they left us ok hold for 15 minutes before we just gave up.

If I can be completely honest, the stay wasn’t horrible. However, they were NOT staffed for the crowds coming in. Which is crazy to me because the Beyoncé concert was announced in February. There was no plan. Just figuring it out as they went. Luckily, we got in two days prior to the concert so we didn’t have many issues, but others were not so lucky and had to get dressed for the concert IN THE LOBBY!!! The other thing, the A/C. It would not go below 74 degrees. Talking to other people who were staying there , they were experiencing the same. HOT rooms in the middle of summer is insane!

Hi. We were able to arrive at the hotel at midnight, after a long and crowded traffic, Unfortunately the receptionist told us our room has been sold out, although we already paid for this room. How a room can be sold two times? I and my family (with three children) faced to be a homeless, because the receptionist (Felicia) told that she could cancel the reservation in the middle of the night, without any positive solution. After so many afford, she accepted to give another room in the Crowne Plaza, but there were not enough bed for 6 people, so we had to squeze, because no other option. The other day, they transferred our room to staybridge, with kitchen but a sofa bed without mattress, of course no room service, we squezed again, just like a joke. I’m medical doctor, associate professor of Cardiology, and had never faced this kind of attitude previously. How a bad experience was it for us. Who will compensate this failure?

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Atlanta, GA (July 5-6) and I do not recommend it for family-oriented stays. The valet service is inconsistent and overpriced, with no free parking for guests at all. The windows are so thin that we heard sirens all night, making it difficult to rest. The only positive was the front desk lady at check-in, who was super nice and attentive, and the Starbucks attendant at checkout was friendly, although not knowledgeable about iced latte drinks. The amenities were poor, the hallways always smell like marijuana, the furniture was damaged, windows are dirty with residue, and they do not provide extra towels and sheets for PAYING guests, which is disappointing. Overall, I will not be coming back.

Hotel in need of updating. Several broken things throughout our room and the hotel. Roof top pool is small and it was cloudy but the view was amazing. The checkin line was slow and there was no order example: got to the clerk and was told to step over to the next clerk because there are two hotels: I believe this should have separate signs before you get in line or both clerks should be able to check in to either hotel especially on a busy day ( people where so frustrated). I never give bad reviews but this hotel experience made me. There are better hotel choices
