Right in downtown. Had A/C and hot water. Will stay again.

nice place and it was cheap

It is very hard to find this hotel, since it is literally inside a shopping alley. Theres no signage outside. Front desk deactivates your room key eveyday, so you must get it re activated. Front desk young woman does not pay attention to anything but her phone. Room.was clean, bathroom too. Hotel is smack right in the middle of all the commerce and market activity. The area feels like walking around in china! It is an affordable place.

I liked the location, low price and friendly staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of the city. There are many shops and cafes around. The staff is very attentive and responsive to all customer requests, I will definitely come again.

Nice hotel in a rough area with not much on offer for tourists but a short walk to the hub of town. No hot water and no café due to staffing shortages but wifi works, it has ac, and was super clean. The staff here are a little classier than at other hotels in the area. Educated. It makes a difference to the vibe of a place. Thanks.

El lugar se ve bonito en la publicación, sin embargo, la habitación no tiene ventanas. Llegue a las 8:30 pm y el personal no es muy amable. Lo que mas de decepcionó fue que, COMO QUE UN HOTEL NO TENGA AGUA CALIENTE, donde se ha visto eso. Siendo honesto, NO VOLVERÍA A ESTE LUGAR. Lo único bueno, fue la amabilidad de la señorita al hacer el check-out en la mañana.

location, it is located in center of the city, the location is within walking distance to local restaurants, access to fruit vendors, etc. There was no hot water. you need to let the reception that they need to connect the hot water. I did let them know, but there was not hot water. The TV has a bad reception.

Las instalaciones están muy bien y bonitas, la ventaja es que está cerca del centro de Tuxtla, aunque hay detalles por ejemplo: la jabonera estaba oxidada y ni ganas de poner ahí el jabón, la habitación parecía limpia al entrar pero el piso estaba manchado de algo. La recepción muy atenta y servicial, gracias

El elevador sin funcionar, cafetería cerrada, cucarachas por dondequiera en la habitación y una que otra araña. NO SE COMO EXPEDIA SE ATREVE ANUNCIARLO EN SU PÁGINA COMO BUENO

Es un lugar céntrico, limpio y cómodo, mejoraría el servicio al cliente, las llaves del lavabo (sale el agua con mucha intensidad y salpica todo) y que revisen que los controles de lavabo TV funcionen. Por lo demás, creo que es aceptable la relación calidad-precio, sobretodo porque te dejan hacer Check in de manera anticipada.

Comparado con nuestras anteriores estancias, ha ido perdiendo atenciones en las instalaciones (elevador averiado, baños con falta de mantenimiento) limpieza aceptable. Espero q mejoren, porque tiene potencial y considero regresar.
