Fantastic Place! Accommodation has everything you need, Staff is super nice and very very helpful, great views and beautiful Gardens surrounding the property ✨ Also having grocery store and restaurant within few minutes walk is a Huge plus, overall we loved it and will be back for sure!

This was amazing. We were lucky enough to get a surprise upgrade to one of the villas. The view was stunning. It is in a quieter part of the island, but we already knew this and it was just what we wanted. A hire car is recommended if you want to get out and about. Really relaxing. The only thing to mention is that it is situated on a hill, so there is a steep walk back to the villa after you have been out.

Apartments and stuidio apartments on a super great location. Spacious room, a bit old furniture, but very clean. Delicious breakfast, very kind personnel. Mr Dominic was very helpful and gave as rent a car for 1 day only at very good price, possible for drop-off on other location... We enjoyed our stay.

The views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking. Quiet location, 1 minute walk down the hill from small beach.

Pro: - very quiet area - beautiful colony style house - lovely view from the balcony (if you are on the top floor, otherwise you see the parking) - daily cleaning - air conditioning - free wifi - close to many beautiful beaches where you'll be completely alone - local restaurants nearby - mini market nearby - 5min walk from bus stop - security 24/7 - cars available - fresh coconut in the garden - no spiders - no flies - mosquito net cons: - no window, so be ready to sleep with inoffensive geckos - a lot of ants overall : we spent two weeks at La residence and have a lovely stay. The house's facilities are a bit old, but the charm of the house itself and the view will make you forget about anything. We had one cockroach one night in the bathroom. The day after the owner plugged the whole from where it came and we never saw one again. To be honest, as it is a tropical island I am sure it happens even 5 stars hotels.

We were here for 10 days and had an amazing time. Staff is super friendly and helpful at any time of the day. It will be a holiday we will never forget.

Oh gosh where to start. the property is great, clean and nice. the AC in the room was really good as it gets warm. Mayna the owner was super sweet and nice! and the rest of the staff as well!! She upgraded me to a villa as the description was wrong in my booking. She gave me fruit platter when I arrived (I was telling her how much I cannot wait to buy fruit and avocado and cook for myself:)) she did my laundry, helped me with car booking and allowed me to check out late. In my 8month of traveling I have not met this kind owner who did so much for me!! definitely recommending this place and do rent a car from her, much cheaper and hastle free than at the airport. Thank you so much Mayna and the rest of the team for my amazing stay!! I felt like home ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at La Residence as the location was great (it was across the road from the beach) and the apartment was very spacious, fully equipped with kitchen, air con, WiFi and an amazing view. You will need insect repellent to stay outside. It was 40 mins drive from the airport, at the South of Mahé island and 1 hour on the local bus to the main city, Victoria. There are 2 buses just outside of the property going to Victoria so it's very convenient to get around. You can also hire a car from La residence. The staff (Dominic and Mayna) are lovely and very helpful. I would recommend La Residence if you're looking for a relaxing, homely accommodation.

Overpriced in our opinion, but fairly clean. Old rooms, but friendly staff and okay breakfast

Highlights Staff friendly and quick to respond to queries. Wife craved Coconut water and plucked one from a tree. The premises gardener was extremely helpful enabling her to have her delights. Amazing surroundings and proximity to buses shops beaches and exotic fruit trees. Quiet and peaceful. Spacious apartment and all basic amenities expected in a self catering accommodation. Things to take note of. Car rental required. Steep hill to the premises. Avoid the ground floor apartment if problems with ants, creepy crawlies, geckos and occasional visitations from local stray cats (La Residence were quick to eradicate a couple during our stay) The LG apartments had wind-up standing fans - a little antiquated, keeps you attentive. All in all - a satisfactory stay.

Big and Spacious room with a panoramic view of the beach. The room is well lit and when you enter the first time you actually feel your tiredness go away. It money well spent and definitely would recommend it

Everything as advertised and expected. Nothing fancy, but everything clean cut and easy. The breakfast was very good, same both days, but well prepared and served.

We stayed in one of the bungalows at La Residence and it was such a great decision. The views from the bungalow are breathtaking. You can sit there and just admire them all day. It is walking distance to a beach and the staff was very helpful and attentive. If I am ever back in Seychelles, here is where I would stay without question.

We had a wonderful stay at La Residence. We were able to make good use of the kitchen and cook our own meals. Plenty of parking, quiet neighbourbood to kick back and relax and a beautiful view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at La Residence. The staff were friendly and efficient and the apartments and gardens were cared for and well maintained. The apartment had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and air conditioning as well as a good sized fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker. One small thing - a toaster would have been an appreciated addition (although if I had asked there may have been one available). Lovely balcony with a view across the gardens and bay. Many fruit trees full of birds and fruit bats. Overall a great property and excellent value for money.

I stayed at La Residence for 7 nights it felt like a home away from home with good self catering factilies and very spacious. It's about 35 minutes drive from town but was worth the drive. The house keeping was very friendly and efficient, apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels n bedding. Would definitely recommend staying. P
