i always have loved this location, but this time even though some good changes have been made (new tv in room) it was missing the coffee pot in the room and the ac stopped working in the middle of the night.

Roberto and the staff are amazing! As well as the breakfast, covered parking and near the mall.

As always this is our go to hotel in Sete Lagoas. Close to mall, great staff, great room with a comfortable bed and covered parking.

I love John's friendliness. Treats us like family.

Staff and room amazing and cheap. Breakfast was good with homemade omelettes, wish they still made tapiocas. Parking covered a plus. Automatic lights need to come on earlier when getting off the elevator.

Always a warm reception although a worker trailed dirty footprints through our room and down the hall before our arrival.

Chek in progress was the worst ever. It takes at while 20 minutes. After checkin, i couldn’t use the room wifi for almost 40minutes. I called reception and the staff told me in about 10 more minutes I will Be able to use the wifi. The room was very noise. No acoustic isolation.

Eu cometi o equívoco de reservei quarto c/ cama solteiro, pedi upgrade para cama casal, não houve disponibilidade. A porta do quarto estava emperrando, o staff disse que poderiam nos trocar de quarto que havia disponibilidade (estranho), mas o hotel parecia estar vazio. O banheiro sujo, café da manhã bem simples. Precisam melhorar roupas de banho encardidas, roupas de cama rasgada.
